Overview
We have a brilliant vacancy for a growing international client based in Dudley, joining an accounts team they are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk. This is a temporary role to start, however there may be potential for permanent opportunity for the right applicant after a successful trial period. Main duties will consist of: - High volume processing of invoices and credit notes - Matching supplier invoices to purchases, investigating discrepancies - Raising and logging debit notes - Preparing and processing payments - Bank / statement reconciliations - BACS Payments - Handling and resolving queries Working hours 08:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday Candidate requirements: - Purchase Ledger experience - Excellent communication skills - Able to work under pressure and resolve queries - Be able to provide references to cover the past two years
