CRM Administrator

Robert Half Technology are looking for CRM Administrator to join a software business in Cambridge for a 3 month contract Role CRM Administrator Support the users while the migration to Salesforce is scheduled General support of end users with a functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 online for Sales; escalate technical issues to the Dynamics technical lead consultant General administration such as setting and resetting passwords, applying licenses, security roles setting and team allocation, help with exporting or importing data in Dynamics Reply to information requests from various teams with a focus on how to do things in the system On-boarding of new users with an introduction to Dynamics 365 and general processes supported Profile Experience with MS Dynamics 365 for Sales as a general administrator. (This is an IT administrator / support position, not a developer role) The Administrator will have access to IT resources for level 2 (complex features, code, data integrations, plugin, ) but must be autonomous to support level 1 requests (general end-user support, process knowledge, basic troubleshooting, helping to find information) Availability 5 days a week in Cambridge Good communication skills as the position involve frequent interactions with users in various functions, work inside teams and with the personnel in the US Nice to have: Some experience with data import and export with Dynamics, Excel, data manipulations in Excel Experience with managing 3rdparty add tools such as Clickdimensions and North52 Company A software business in Cambridge Salary & Benefits 3 month contract £300-350 per day dependant on experience The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
