CRM/ Sharepoint Manager, £35,000 - £40,000, Cambridge Your New Company This prestigious public-sector organisation located in central Cambridge, are on the lookout for a CRM administrator to manage their digital systems. Based near Cambridge train station, this organisation is conveniently located for commuters, whilst managing to avoid the traffic of the city centre. Your New Role In your new role as the CRM/Sharepoint Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the digital systems (CRM & SharePoint), whilst providing digital support and training for other staff members. You will be ensuring the systems support the organisation's strategies activities as they evolve over time. In this role you will be the central point of contact for any change requests and systems alterations and will assist the digital communications manager in any planning regarding systems updates and developments. Your new role will involve providing project support, whilst maintaining the data quality for the organisation; this will involve ensuring the organisation is fully compliant with GDPR. You will also, along with the digital communications manager, be designing training programmes, and delivering them to your colleagues. What You Will Need to Succeed For you to succeed in this role, you will need experience in Dynamics 365 or SharePoint, along with other CRM systems used to manage projects. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a logical and analytical mindset, along with excellent organisational skills. You will need to have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with all your colleagues. Strong IT skills are also essential for this role. What You Will Get in Return In return, you will receive a salary of £35,000- £40.000 depending on experience, whilst also getting to work for one of Cambridge's most prestigious organisations. As well as this, you will be able to further your experience working with CRM systems. 40 days of annual leave as well as a 20% pension scheme.
