Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London The Invictus Group are working with one of the largest Facilities Services providers who are growing year on year with a proven track record to meet deadlines and KPI’s. They currently have a key requirement for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team and cover all planned and reactive tasks across the London areas on a commercial contract covering a varied selection of sites. Job Role: This position is paying an annual salary of up to £37,000 with a vehicle fuel card and will be required to work a 40 hour week between Mon – Fri with overtime opportunities available. The role of a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the Technical Supervisor. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services ( L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work). Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; · Emergency lighting · Fire alarm testing · 3 phase · AHU’s, FCU’s · Pumps, Motors · Fans, Belts, Filters · General maintenance Skills Required: The successful candidate must have: · With at least 3 years experience in building services · City & Guilds Electrical level 3 or equivalent · Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence · 17th Edition/18 th Edition · Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role For further information or to discuss your application please contact James at The InVictus Group on 07910444399.
