I have an absolutely fantastic opportunity for a Care Assistant (Nights) position working in a 44 bed residential home for elderly service users in Alresford, Hampshire. The night to night duties of this role will include; - 2 hourly checks of the residents -Working alongside your colleagues -Bedtime routines Candidate requirements; -Be passionate & caring -Be a driver; due to the location of the home -Experience is not necessary, however it is desirable -Be able to work alternate weekends Benefits; -PAID 1 hour break on shift -Uniform provided -DBS check will be paid for -Face-to-face training, tailored to your needs -Online training -Free parking -Christmas meals -5.6 weeks annual leave Pay; - 9 p/h - 10.30 p/h (Dependent upon experience & qualifications) - £16,848 - £25,708 per annum Shift patterns; This position is for a full time position for nights. You will be working 3 or 4 nights a week (36 hours or 48 hours a week), with a shift pattern of 7.30PM-7.30AM. There is the opportunity to also work Part time.
