Overview
I have an absolutely fantastic opportunity for a Care Assistant position working in a 44 bed residential home for elderly service users in Alresford, Hampshire. The day to day duties of this role will include; - Assisting with breakfast, lunch & supper times -Morning routines including, getting the service users up, washed & dressed -Personal Care -Putting the service users to bed Candidate requirements; -Be a driver; due to the location of the home -Experience is not necessary, however a higher pay rate can be negotiated dependent upon experience and qualifications -Able to work alternate weekends Benefits; -1 hour break on shift -Uniform provided -DBS check will be paid for -Face-to-face training, tailored to your needs -Online training -Free parking -Christmas meals -5.6 weeks annual leave Pay; - £8.21 p/h - £9.50 p/h (Dependent upon experience & qualifications) - £16,649 - £19,266 per annum Shift patterns; This position is for a full time position (39 hours a week) during the days. You will be working 4 days a week, with the shift for 3 of the days 7.30AM-7.30PM and 1 day working a 6 hour shift in the morning, or afternoon, which is up to you There is the opportunity to also work Part time.
