THE OPPORTUNITY: Dialysis Clinic Registered General Nurse - Permanent THE BACKGROUND: At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with one of the biggest Renal Care Services in the UK. We are currently looking for a Registered General Nurse to join their clinic in Rochdale. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide patient care according to company procedures and in order to increase the quality of life for our patients. Take ownership of care programmes for renal patients including the initiation and termination of dialysis, whilst providing stable clinical care, emotional support and independence for patients. Follow the tailored care plans to administer medications, fluid therapy or other appropriate treatments as per Consultant instructions and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record THE REQUIREMENTS: NMC Registered General Nurse Awareness and Understanding of NMC code of professional conduct Be able to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team 1 year experience in general nursing Applications from newly qualified Nurses are also welcome Haemodialysis would be an advantage but not essential) Excellent communication skills with fluency in English THE REWARDS: 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) Life Assurance Company Pension Paid Breaks Sick Pay Sponsorship for training, where applicable for career development Positive Attendance Vouchers (up to £200 bonus ) Relocation allowance where applicable/dependent on clinic A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to the in-house education programme.
