Reporting to Director of Portfolio Management, and providing support on asset management across a UK-wide logistics and offices portfolio Value add and core investment strategies C. £400m portfolio of UK logistics assets At least 3 years' relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management Good real estate understanding, ideally RICS qualified Proficient MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Fluent spoken and written English but no second language requirement Good degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline Highly numerate with strong technical ability in financial analysis and able to build cashflow models from scratch Self-motivated and self-driven Resourceful with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Support the implementation of asset plans / strategies to maximize operations: Maintain network of business contacts with market players, consultants, investors Work closely with third party property managers Act as the owner's representative Prepare budget and business plan for assets Monitor and analyze asset performance Report asset performance to the Board/ Management Monitor/study market trends and impact on asset performance Drive, review and analyze merits of all leasing activities including renewal and make recommendations to Management Oversee and ensure that tenant initiatives are completed on time and in budget Assist in the due diligence for acquisition of any commercial real estate assets or other duties as directed by Management Ad hoc corporate reporting, coordination on corporate initiatives etc.
