Overview
Senior Planner - The Role Are you an experienced Planner from either public or private sector and want to work for a forward thinking, expanding consultancy on a range of small, medium and large-scale applications? An independent planning consultancy based in the heart of London is looking to attract a Senior Planner to join the team to work on a diverse portfolio with a range of clients from government bodies down to householders and private developers. On a daily basis you will be working with and supporting a Director alongside a Senior Planner and an Associate. You will be attending site visits, client meetings and drafting, preparing and submitting applications. About You As an experienced Planner, your report writing skills be will extremely strong as well as your ability to convincingly communicate a sound Planning argument verbally. You will ideally be a chartered member of the RTPI and be happy working on an array or projects across London and the South East. You will be a motivated self-starter, have drive and determination to achieve results and feel comfortable working as a team or on your own when required. The Client The company is into it's 10th year of trading and have often relied on a network of Planning professionals to assist with projects however given the increase in new instructions, the Directors are looking at expanding a core team of Planners in London.
