Overview

I am currently working on behalf of one of the UK's leading supermarkets who are looking to expand their acquisitions and development team across London. Their focused teams are responsible for managing and expanding the current property portfolio which means being involved in the full acquisition lifecycle, from initial planning through to ongoing asset management. As part of this role you will be involved in the identifying, negotiating and acquisitions of new build stores, managing planning applications, feasibility studies, and devising store concepts whilst implementing design strategy before handing over to the construction team.
