Senior Building Surveyor
Overview
Our client, one of the largest Real Estate services firms in the world is expanding in their London Building Surveying team and requires a Senior Building Surveyor. You will enjoy a broad base of work and clients alike working from the Central London offices. The successful candidate should be a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor with a solid background in technical due diligence work, professional and project work. Candidates with a current bias to both Contract Administration /Project Management and Professional roles will be considered. Candidates would ideally have experience working in the office and retail sectors, and with fund orientated clients. Experience working with Local and/or Central Government clients will also be beneficial in this role. We welcome candidates keen to maintain a mixed and flexible approach to a varied surveying workload whilst working with the wider team to build the Contract Administration and Project Management offerings. You will be dealing with mixed use classes including offices, industrial, retail and leisure properties as the role involves servicing existing and established clients. There is a requirement to demonstrate your desire and ability to develop new client instruction. the successful candidate will at interview be able to demonstrate the following key attributes: Client focus Personal drive coupled with the ability to develop graduates and newly qualified surveyors Teamwork Communication Commerciality Business generation and networking Cross-divisional working Inteviews will be held at our clients offices.
