Key Responsibilities Source and originate deals consisting larger portfolio deals and single residential units across the UK Responsible for building relationships with agents and vendors across the UK with a focus on key university cities Willa ct as the first point of contact when a deal comes to the market Looking for circa .4-10 years' experience of relevant real estate investment/agency experience across the UK Travel extensively across the UK; spend a number of days away as part of a regional role Background/Experience Focus on student accommodation sector - must demonstrate knowledge/research and interest in sector Could be a Property Agent who is looking for a change; preferable RICS qualified Applicants do not need to have worked in student accommodation Young, highly motivated professional who is good at building relationships and is a "deal maker" Very sales/relationship driven with high energy Organised, strong attention to detail, personable; resilient Empathy to work with vendors, agents, clients and colleagues from varied backgrounds from investors to vendors across the Uk regions Real opportunity to learn and develop within a Private Equity backed business; understand how a deal works, see the full a-z process Package: Competitive base Bonus
