Overview

Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a Landlord & Tenant vacancy with some valuations work for a consultancy based in Croydon. Focusing on office and warehouse sectors the main duties will be to undertake rent reviews and lease renewals and to advise on L&T matters throughout Surrey and the Home counties. The role may also include overseeing or undertaking valuations for bank lending and accounting. You will be expected to help graduates towards completing their APC so MRICS qualified is an essential for this role. This opportunity offers a great package and you will be well remunerated.
