Client-side real estate fund management business are looking for a MRICS Qualified proven property management surveyor with a minimum of 3 years pqe to join the team. The individual will primarily be responsible for all aspects of property management, but will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to asset management in respect of a mixed use national portfolio including retail, leisure, hotels, care home investments in addition to mixed use, multi-let assets such as shopping centres and town centre locations and offices. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a team player who can also work autonomously and have a can-do attitude. Fantastic opportunity to join a successful client-side team.
