Our client are currently recruiting an IT Apprentice to join their company based in Durham. Do you have a passion for IT and want to work for a leading IT solutions provider? Apply now As an IT apprentice, you will be be joining a team of experts with plenty of opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills and knowledge across a range of technical areas. Duties include, but are not limited to: 1st line support on a service desk Setting up devices including PCs, iPads and more Basic troubleshooting and problem solving Hardware configuration on and off client sites Communicating with clients both remotely and in person The successful candidate for the role will have a genuine interest in IT and a desire to progress their career in this sector, along with having strong communication skills. The training provider for this role will be Learning Curve Group. You will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification and will be visited every 4/6 weeks by one of our Apprenticeship Trainers.
