The successful candidate will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and a wide range of interests and goals. The people that use our service have a variety of activities from going to the cinema, horse riding, visiting cafes and some have a real passion for music. If you think you would like to be a great addition to this energetic service, we would welcome you to apply No two days will be the same whilst supporting individuals with a learning disability in our Supported Living Services. You will be enabling people to live fulfilling and independent lives at home and out in the community, achieving their own goals and aspirations for life and promoting their emotional well-being. As an integral member of the team you will also get involved with assisting people with day to day living duties, such as budgeting, shopping, supporting people with medication and any personal care they may require.
