Overview
A rapidly evolving insurance organisation is looking for an interim Instructional Designer. Based at home, you will be responsible for developing digital learning solutions. Using your own Adobe Cloud and Articulate 360 software you delivering engaging learning content to drive the development of their people. A great opportunity to make a difference in this iconic brand Accountabilities include: Supporting the business partner in the design and delivery of the eLearning Strategy Analysing industry trends and developing best practice, driving excellent and continuous improvement across all blended learning platforms Responsible for mandatory learning portfolios and change initiative programmes within tight deadlines Creating digital learning assets, creating content using Adobe Cloud and Articulate 360 Ensuring values are embedded in the culture Skills and experience To apply for this role you must have gained the above experience within a professional, corporate or commercial environment You must have your own Adobe Cloud and Articulate 360 Software Demonstrate a sound knowledge and application of e-Learning methodologies Proven experience of creating relevant content under strict deadlines You are a creative innovator committed to continuous learning Strong communication and influencing skills
