Overview
My client a prestigious bank is seeking a Training Manager to manage their change training and education programme along with marketing and internal communications strategy. The role will involve the development and delivery of training and education programmes to improve the awareness and understanding of key change initiatives and product and service propositions. The Training Manager will have responsibility for creating, developing and executing a training and education strategy to raise the knowledge and capability of colleagues around the organisation change initiatives including product, platforms , systems, operating model, regulation and service propositions. This is a fast paced growing team and the role would suit somebody in a similar vein. Role responsibilities include, Working with key stakeholders, including Change Management, Product, Sales, Finance, Risk and Compliance and Fraud, Operations and Marketing, to assess current knowledge gaps and capability across the entire bank . Identifying and capturing all training requirements specific to change initiatives and developing and embedding a training and education strategy. Building educational content, both internally produced and/or externally sourced ensuring it complies with the banks risk management policies. Packaging and delivering training content through both digital and face-to-face channels Measuring and monitoring the commercial impact of training program, including product and service penetration, average revenue per client, NPS and lifetime value of client Gathering feedback via regular assessments / reports and driving continual improvement with the aim of developing and delivering a world-class product training programme. Experience in Banking with knowledge of associated product and service propositions. Training background with experience in creating standardized training programs and experience in using modern interactive training platforms to deliver learning experiences Relevant teaching or learning & development qualification Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management and organisation skills Expertise in dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders Passion for learning and development Self-starter with the ability to work under own initiative If this opportunity sounds interesting please apply today with an updated CV Interviewing now
