TECHNOLOGY RECRUITER BASINGSTOKE OFFICE Your new company Hays IT & Digital Technology have been market leaders for more than 30 years, recruiting for a range of permanent and contract jobs across the IT sector including; Software Development, Project Management, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & IT Support and Cyber Security. The Hays IT & Digital Technology team in Basingstoke, have seen significant growth throughout 2019 and with an increasing demand for permanent and contract recruitment across the region, we’re looking to expand our team. The Basingstoke office is at the heart of 'Innovation Valley' which has just received £219m worth of Government investment to encourage Hi Tech businesses to the area. Our office is based in a key location in the South East, at the centre of the 'Innovation South' area covering Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex & Kent. With an increase in local businesses investing in their Digital & Technology teams, we’re expanding our team to help support the demand. Your new role You will join a large and successful team of Hays IT & Digital Tech expert recruiters across the South East, with a dedicated focus on growing business in Basingstoke and across the wider North Hampshire/ Surrey region. The office is made up of over 25 expert specialist recruiters and you’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are looking to continue growth in 2020 and beyond. You’ll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, whilst generating and managing new client accounts to help increase growth for you and your team. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in recruitment you’ll need to be ambitious, resilient and demonstrate a determination to succeed.
