Overview
A London based Interior architecture studio are looking a development strategist to work in the strategic team with a focus on building analysis. Responsibilities include: Test fits Building reviews Floor plate efficiency studies Space planning studies Base building specifications Core configuration reviews Servicing arrangements Report writing Space planning Technical analysis Day to day software's include AutoCAD, Indesign and Excel. Ideally has an architectural background. Intermediate - senior level (5 years). Should have an understanding of building regulations, fire codes, London Plan requirements.
