ACCOUNT MANAGER/ RESOURCER- INDUSTRIAL RECRUTIMENT AGENCY, SHEFFIELD £18,000 - 22,000 basic salary commission paid monthly no weekday on call, weekend on call 1 week in 4 Harrison Sands are proud to be partnering with a national award winning recruitment agency who have over 20 years trading experience supplying into the industrial sector, and a strong reputation for supplying quality temps throughout the north of England. This role will be working with existing accounts. If you have the sales ability to pick up the phone and get out in front of clients to develop some opportunities business, that's great and your productivity will be rewarded, but you will be joining a live, and busy environment anyway They care about work life balance. Your shifts will be either 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm and you aren't needed to partake in weekday on call They have great internal processes which in uncertain times like present make running a busy temps desk so much more straightforward.
