VAT Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accountant to join a well-established company based in the outskirts of Sheffield. The confident VAT Accountant will be joining the tightknit VAT and business analysis team in a client-facing role handling a portfolio of clients while carrying out and preparing annual accounts while also being the first point of contact to clients. VAT Accountant Position Overview Preparing, reviewing and submitting VAT returns for a number of clients Annual Accounts preparation & Analysis Cost benefit analysis Liaising with a number of clients and local authorities VAT Accountant Position Requirements referably holding a degree in business An excellent written and telephone manner is essential for this role Previous experience preparing statutory accounts This role would suit an experienced accountant seeking a challenging role helping clients stay on top of their tax liabilities while providing a great service.
