Who you are… This is a hunter sales position. You must love to onboard new business by qualifying leads to identify the appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers, build credibility and relationships, and introduce our services with the goal of generating new revenue with leading brands and agencies. Having a deep understanding of the sales cycle; as well as working knowledge of the brand and performance marketing landscape will easily secure success. Accountabilities • Actively initiate new client relationships and enthusiastically strategize across existing partnerships. Follow up on new business leads and identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities • Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance division to clearly understand the company’s campaign & vertical standards and regulations to ensure new business attainment • Craft clearly written business development proposals and marketing materials • Negotiate deals growing the pie for both sides, then close them. • Position GlobalWide Media to the agency and brand communities as a leader in digital performance marketing • Liaise with the internal Affiliate, and Media Buying teams to ensure new accounts and campaigns gain traction quickly • Stay up-to-date on digital trends and innovations, specifically CPA/Lead Generation trends • Participate in team meetings and report on research results that helps the company understand the effectiveness of its’ strategy and aids with improving results • Promote GlobalWide Media in a manner consistent with the company’s Brand and Strategic Values at conferences and business meetings around North America Experience & Competencies • 1-3 years’ experience in Business Development • Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills • Strong sense of ownership/leadership, confidence • Strong collaboration and communication skills’ • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable on the phone • Can take a client target list and get appropriate contacts to engage • Fluency (written and spoken) in English; additional languages a plus • Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail We would like to thank all applicants for your interest; however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
