Reed Finance are pleased to be assisting our client, a global manufacturing business in Spalding, on an exclusive basis to recruit for a Cash Manager. Reporting to the UK Head of Finance, The Cash Manager will be an essential part of the finance team providing timely accurate and insightful cash reporting and liquidity information to Central finance team and investors, and assist in the preparation of specific elements of the Labels management accounts to enable on time and accurate delivery each month. The role will involve –  Management of the group and divisional cashflow as part of the Central Finance team  Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements  Weekly and monthly reporting preparation, including bank reconciliations, for central treasury team and investors and submission thereof  Development and maintain a reporting system across the business in order to prepare accurate and timely weekly cashflow reports and 13 week forecasts of cashflow/availability reports for central treasury and investors  Preparation and consolidation of Intastats, EC Sales lists and VAT for multiple sites  Assist in the preparation of specific elements of the divisional management accounts to enable on time and accurate delivery each month  Central treasury support  Ordering of foreign currency  Management of an apprentice Our client is more interested in those who demonstrate the appropriate experience, although it would be an advantage to hold an AAT, ACCA or similar. Training on VAT and Intrastats will be provided, if you can demonstrate a proficiency in other aspects of the post. Occasional travel to other UK sites will be required, and we will favour those who have worked in a group of companies managing the finance for the subsidiaries.
