Overview
Interim Senior Data Engineer/Architect Opportunity £600 Per Day - 6 Months A major Pharmaceutical organisation based in Cambridge is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their team. You will be tasked with focusing on their in house GBS Analytics solution. You will need to have adequate experience with business intelligence projects and data warehouse requirement concepts. The right individual will be able to build data pipelines using ETL tools and have excellent data modelling abilities with RDBMS concepts. The right candidate for this role will have exceptional SQL coding sills and use a variety of data mapping tools (preferably Microstrategy). A familiarity with Agile methodologies and AWS technologies would be beneficial alongside various CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins. It will be advantageous for the correct candidate to be able to size and estimate projects and produce deliverables such as BUS Matrix, STTM and ER diagrams. You will need to be able to work with remote teams internationally and comply with the organisations values. This will provide great exposure and industry opportunity to the successful candidate.
