Due to recent growth in business levels in their distinguished corporate team, they are seeking to hire an additional Corporate Solicitor in Edinburgh. You will be exposed to interesting & complex work and benefit from joining an award winning, boutique firm. Joining a firm that has a collegiate approach, you will be supported in developing your expertise under the direction of a highly rated Partner. Role Responsibilities As a Solicitor within our clients Corporate offering, your role will be varied to include (but not limited to): Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters Strong project management skills Being part of the corporate team on the larger deals Diligence reporting Document drafting and negotiation Participating in business development to support in winning new work and clients for the firm Person Specification Ideally, our client is looking to bring on board a Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE however are open to speaking with NQ professionals whom have completed a Corporate seat.As a successful Corporate Solicitor, you will have: Fantastic attention to detail Understanding of clients' needs and advise appropriately Strong drafting and written communication skills A instinctive level of commercial acumen and are able to understand the business needs of commercial clients Reward In return, our client will reward you with a market-leading remuneration package, excellent training and the opportunity to accelerate your career progress in an unobstructed environment.
