Interim Head of Resourcing Charity 12 months Contract Mid May 2020 start £51,000 My client, an established organisation within the Charity sector is now seeking a highly motivated Head of Resourcing to steer the Resourcing Team and Resourcing function. You will be forming and leading the Resourcing/Recruitment and Selection strategy for the organisation. Working alongside Senior Stakeholders within the business to ensure all recruitment and resourcing needs are met. Data analysis and interpretation is essential and a crucial element of this very hands on Head of Resourcing role. People Management of a very strong and capable team is also an essential element of this Head of Resourcing position. For this highly exciting and busy Head of Resourcing role we are looking for an experienced Resourcing individual who holds a passion for Recruitment/Resourcing. You will be experienced in using social media as a successful recruitment /resourcing medium. For this Head of Resourcing vacancy you will also be experienced in utilising cost effective recruitment / resourcing methods. You must have proven experience of working in busy, fast-paced and demanding working environments. People Management is another criteria that needs to be met and being a passionate leader and manager is definitely essential. Proven stakeholder management experience is crucial; showcasing experience of influencing senior leaders and managing their expectations is a given for this Head of Resourcing vacancy.
