Overview
Senior Treasury Analyst London £50,000 - £65,000 This role is working within one of the key developers of the London skyline over the last 30 years. They are looking to move quickly on this Business Critical role that will still interview via video over the coming weeks. Main Responsibilities: Assisting in the monitoring of the cash flows working closely with the Head of Treasury to ensure there are accurate quarterly updates Updating Oracle postings for cash entries and working with the internal and external providers in the implementation of a new Treasury Management System Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations across a high volume of accounts Liaison with Management Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Personnel to ensure the timely and accurate updating of Oracle. Liaison with banks regarding on-boarding. Analysis of construction projects' funding transfers and spending. Preparation of the quarterly construction loans interest payments. Preparation of the construction loans drawdowns. Requirements: Ideally Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CTA Good attention to detail, excellent numeracy, organisation and communication skills. Able to work under pressure, use their initiative and have a flexible, methodical and ordered approach to their work. Conversant with Derivatives.
