Overview
Resident Air Conditioning Engineer Coventry £36,000 We are working with a large FM company that specialise in M&E building services and facilities management. They work across multiple market sectors, working with multiple well known, household brands. They have recently acquired a brand new contract with a leading aerospace manufacturing company in the Warwickshire area. This role will be responsible for covering their newly constructed site near Coventry, which will go live in the next few weeks. This is a brand new FM contract for our client, currently they have two sites near Coventry and they are looking to acquire further sites throughout the Midlands. The Air Conditioning Engineer role will be site based, carrying out service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of commercial HVAC systems, this will include VRVs, VRFs, AHUs and chiller systems. The role will also include aspects of building services i.e legionella checks, fabric maintenance etc. You will be working on a range of HVAC systems made by a variety of manufacturers. Your responsibilities will include; Diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems Collection and fitting of new parts Carrying out reactive calls and planned maintenance Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely way Working safely in line with health and safety procedures Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 - Air conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 or equivalent Air Conditioning Engineer Package: Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 Hours: 40 hours per week Holidays: 33 days per year inclusive of Bank Holidays Company Pension Scheme Training Opportunities If you are a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer and you are interested in the role please apply with your updated CV or call Tom on.
