Residential Conveyancer THE FIRM An award winning regional law firm is seeking a residential property lawyer to join its busy and friendly conveyancing team in its office in Coventry, the practice is conveniently located in the centre of the motorway network with parking facilities. Having built a reputation for putting its clients at the heart of everything they do, this firm prides itself on its ability to provide passionate, honest and accessibly legal advice. Due to workload increase, this firm is now recruiting for a residential conveyancer. THE ROLE You will be responsible for your own caseload of varied residential conveyancing matters to include more complex transactions. The team advises on a range of matters to include the following; · Sales and purchases · Transfers of Equity · Remortgage matters · Equity release · Right to buy · Shared ownership, deeds of gift, part exchanges, residential letting and property disputes The team is fully supported by a fantastic administrative team dedicated to supporting fee earners, allowing lawyers to be lawyers. THE REQUIREMENTS You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE (Licenced Conveyancer or CILEX) and be able to hit the ground running.
