This particular vacancy is a Panama Shift Pattern- you'll get every other weekend off Sounding good, right? Well, here's the experience that you'll need: The environment is Fast- so ideally, you'll have previous experience of working within Food/FMCG You'll enjoy Continuous Improvement and strive to increase efficiency Obviously, you'll be a Maintenance Engineer- preferably Multi-skilled You don't have to be a programmer, but PLC knowledge would be advantageous Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won't be a part-time Firefighter, part-time Maintenance Engineer for the entire shift. Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you'll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
