Learning & Development Co-Ordinator London NW10 £21,000 Pension Parking This is a brilliant opportunity for a Learning & Development Co-Ordinator to join a very well-known and successful service provider and assist in their busy HR Department with organising staff learning and development requirements. Some of your duties will include: - Managing staff development plan, co-ordinating annual appraisals and arranging training requirements - Arranging and booking courses as requested by Line Managers and informing employees of details - Organising training and development days for new and existing employees including H&S courses - Sourcing external training programmes to meet employee specific training needs - Producing reports on employee attendance and non-attendance at scheduled training courses - Applying evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and producing feedback Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
