Overview
Agora Talent are partnering with a Luxury Retail brand in London on a search for a Management Accountant to join the Finance Team. This is a really exciting time to be joining this retailer as they kick off their ambitious expansion project. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, this role has been created to contribute to the successful growth of the business by taking ownership of the management accounts and supporting the reporting and budgeting process. Key Responsibilities Taking ownership of the management accounts, including; recording transactions, analysing expenditure, reconciling balance sheets and other month end procedures Preparing monthly management accounts with executive commentary Partnering with managers and becoming an essential part of the reporting and budgeting process to support decision making and strategic planning Liaising with external auditors Supporting with ad hoc reporting and analysis What we're looking for 1 years PQE Qualified Finance Professional: ACCA or ACA Management accounting and month end experience essential Retail industry experience desirable Competent in Excel (Index/ Match, Sumifetc.) SAP/SAP B1 experience would be advantageous Strong attention to detail Proactive approach Ability to work as part of a team This is a great opportunity for a Management Accountant with a year’s experience in industry who wants to take on more responsibility and aims to develop their business partnering, budgeting and reporting skillset.
