Overview
Project Coordinator Employment type: Permanent, full-time Location: Billingham/ Teeside Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Salary: £20,000 Due to continued growth and success, my client is now seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their business. You will be responsible for coordinating the day to day activity of key contracts, including report writing, sub-contractor management and pipeline management. You will need to be client focused, have good communication skills, a can-do attitude, desire to succeed and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines. Responsibilities Compose professional and accurate correspondence using word processing and spreadsheet applications Audit reports Filtering data on Excel Letters Prepare and manage project files, photos, and records on Dropbox Subcontractor information: contracts, agreements, insurances, DBS checks Scheduling jobs Stock management Travel and accommodation arrangements for contractors Liaising with clients and customers Ordering uniform/ID badges for engineers etc. Experience/ Skills Required Previous project coordination experience is essential Must be able to use Excel well Must have a high standard of written English Must have a good level of numerical skills You will join a growing business, who continue to go from strength-to-strength.
