Requirements 5 years Project Management Experience - ESSENTIAL Experience as a PM within the Oil & Gas / Process or Chemical industry - ESSENTIAL Front end project experience - DESIRABLE Package £55k salary 5% annual bonus Matched Pension up to 10% Flexible extras benefits package The Role Leads multifunctional teams of engineers in the development of estimates and proposals. Manages multifunctional teams in the delivery of successful contracts. Liaise with finance departments to ensure that jobs are invoiced and debt paid in a timely manner. Manages own personal development Challenges Delighting the customer Managing contracts to deliver the As Sold GM% Shape incomplete information to produce winning proposals. Working with functional Resource Managers to ensure that resource is available to deliver contracts to programme.
