Overview
Chef: Assistant, commis and/or de Partie for our vegan restaurant in North London. An experienced or recently qualified kitchen chef required to join our close-knit team; to play a key role in our kitchen from the menu selection, plating styles, supplies and cooking creative dishes. A clear understanding of VEGAN /plant-based foods is an advantage. You should know all the principles of managing a kitchen, strive for perfection and consistency and willing to learn and to teach others.
