Overview
Riverside are currently recruiting for Relief Workers based in Claremont house in Gloucester working on a flexible basis, covering staff holidays, sickness etc with the possibility of night and weekend shifts. Both Claremont House provides support to customers with complex needs, as well as offender and/ or homelessness backgrounds with the aim of maximising their potential and enabling them to move on to independent living within the community. As a Relief worker, you will be the first point of contact for customers, working on reception, general cleaning and housekeeping duties, health and safety checks and reporting in order to maintain the safety of the customers and the vibrancy of the service. The successful candidate will preferably have experience of working in a homeless or support setting and have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to show initiative and remain resilient, reliable and motivated at all times.
