Overview

Reporting to the Regional Manager the Relief Manager provides support to Store Management within the region therefore there is an expectation of travel in this role. The Relief Manager will have a previous proven track record in managing a store with a demonstrated professional and focused approach to store operations and people management and look forward to the challenge of multi-site responsibilities. As part of their ongoing development the successful candidate will attend our training facilities in Liverpool or Wiltshire on the management programme for up to 3 weeks. Travel and accommodation will be provided.
