We are recruiting support workers to work within a 20 bedded residential home for adults with both physical and learning disabilities in the Edgware area of North West London. Job Summary This is a leading UK Christian charity that works with disabled people and local communities to achieve social inclusion, empowerment and justice and gives disabled and disadvantaged people real choice about how they live their lives. Role Requirements To be successful in this role as a support worker you will be able to: You will be required to work as a support worker and help people live an independent life, supporting with personal care needs, participating in community activities and have an ability to work in a person centred way.
