Overview
Service Lead - £29000.00 pa Are you the manager we are looking for? Do you have the passion, talent, skills and care experience that can make it all add up for the people we support? Our client has a residential service in Harrow that provides responsive care for 21 adults with physical disabilities, in a spacious, modern home. This management role will: Assist in providing high quality support to the people we support, based on their needs and values and standards. Assist in the management of a team within the unit; ensuring that safe, evidence based practice is employed at all times according to Policies and Procedures and within Care Quality Commission (CQC), other statutory regulators requirements and guidelines. Promote the development of inclusion opportunities for everyone attending the service. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all people attending the service including safeguarding of vulnerable adults (SOVA) and Children (SOCA) The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature, with a real desire to help others. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience of leading, managing and monitoring a team by following best practice, policies and procedures. Have experience of service delivery meeting CQC requirements and/or other statutory regulators. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.
