Senior Business Development Manger Chapman Tate are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for an award-winning Managed Service Provider based in Brighton. They are partnered up with several industry leading partners. Off the back of multiple successes, our client is looking to bring onboard a Senior BDM to lead Business Development and help grow the business. They have a structured plan over the next few years to ensure that the company grows into its next phase. They will be on the lookout for a sales hunter that will be comfortable selling products from Technical Leaders to CEO/Board level and use your skills to influence and create relationships. Our client will be looking for someone who is seeking a challenge within an agile environment to develop their careers alongside forward-thinking experts who know what their clients require. As a Business Development Manager, you will: VAR Sales, Enterprise Cloud Solution Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Manged Services one of the following backgrounds will be essential. Ideally you will have 4 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of service or software sales Can acquire new business and developing these accounts into repeat business opportunities. Commercial and risk management skills. Consistent record of overachieving against target and experience in IT sales is preferred Recognise the client’s requirements on a commercial and technical solutions. Selling solutions to C-level within large clients To succeed as a Senior BDM, you need: · Ability to sell across an organisation by finding the right stakeholders and effectively bringing them through the sales process to make a timely buying decision · Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and respect · Collaborative, team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. · Self-motivated, driven with leadership qualities · Inbound lead follow-up and lead development In return as a BDM/Senior Sales , you will receive: · Up to £60,000 basic Double OTE (Uncapped) Benefits · The opportunity to step into a growing company with clear growth plans · The ability to lead into a Director position.
