Security Engineer - FinTech Our client is one of the country's fastest growing FinTech companies. They're changing how banking, business loans and personal finance is done in 2020 with real-time, ultra-low latency technology and innovative Mobile apps - based in central London. They're looking to hire an experienced Information / Cyber Security Engineer to lead, own and grow their IT Security function. Day to day wok will cover everything from infrastructure and database security, to network firewalls, building AWS and Cloud security and working directly with Application Development and Web teams to ensure security best practices even at a code level. You'll work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to implement tools and technologies, advise on security procedures, create a true DevSecOps mindset and define the company's security strategy. You'll be the "go to" expert and SME for everything IT security related as you build, implement and run the team. Requirements: - Strong experience of IT and Cyber Security engineering - Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking - Experience implementing, engineering and supporting security solutions - Any experience of software development and Web technologies would be ideal - Cloud experience with AWS and experience of DevOps, CI/CD methods This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89929870
