Overview
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a successful and fun family Business in search of an experienced Accountant/ Bookkeeper to replace the current accountant leaving for maternity leave. The Directors of the Business will welcome the new individual and offer them flexibility in their working week as to whether to spread the 20 to 25 hours over 3 days . This role will benefit you to manage all day to day accounting tasks from all ledger management through to Trial Balance working closely with the external Accountant who produces the monthly accounts. Processing purchase invoices Nominal coding BACS payments with the odd manual cheque Sales ledger management from invoices to Credit Control Bank Reconciliation for several Accounts Supplier reconciliations Processing Payroll for a small monthly Payroll If you are interested in this role you be required to demonstrate all the above skills and be available to work part time hours.
