Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Purchasing Assistant to support them during a busy period on a temporary basis. This role is for a duration of 3-6 months and is working 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) 09:00-17:30. Daily duties include: Assisting with purchasing requirements of products and services Raising Purchase Orders Ensure supplier lead times are met and that order details are correct Check for updates on orders Ensure that all existing and future suppliers adhere to company requirements and regulations Assist with vendor onboarding process Key skills required: Previous Purchasing/ Procurement or Accounts Payable experience Excellent communication skills Prioritising a busy workload Experience using Oracle IProcurement module highly preferable If you have the relevant skills and experience then please apply now Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
