Business Travel Supervisor, London, £42k Our client is an established Business Travel Management agency that offer a wealth of travel experience and integrated technology solutions to their clients. Due to expansion they are looking for a Business Travel Supervisor to join their management team. The responsibilities of the Business Travel Supervisor are as follows: Hands on Management role combining managing a team of consultants with also assisting in operation bookings Experience of leading and motivating a travel team Experienced in 1-2-1's, appraisals, organising holidays and identifying training where applicable Ensure the team follow company procedures and client profiles Assist Account management and sales teams with client queries Attend client meetings from time to time The skills required for the Business Travel Supervisor are as follows: Minimum 5 years Business Travel Experience Good knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Galileo), nett fares, ticketing and re-issues Experience with high touch financial/banking clients preferred Able to communicate clearly and effectively Identify the need for, and deliver training where necessary Lead, inspire and improve team performance and collaboration Min 2 years Supervisory or Lead agent experience.
