Overview
Are you looking for regular work and flexible hours, BPro Care is an employment agency who supply temporary workers to Nursing and Residential Homes. We are offering flexible work for Carers / HCAs / Support Workers, full, temp or part time roles, MANAGE YOUR OWN WORKING SCHEDULE The ideal candidate would need to be passionate, professional and reliable. Candidate must have the ability to engage with service users, be caring and compassionate to ensure service users are comfortable and happy. You would play a vital role in providing excellent support and care for our clients; your daily tasks might include assisting service users with personal care, medications and daily activities leading to a more fulfilled life. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : - Assist with mobility, moving and handling - Assisting service users with personal care - To work with staff team to enhance, develop and maintain the potential of the people using our services. - Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights. - Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual’s health and wellbeing needs. - Deliver a person centered service for our service users To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria: At least 3 months' previous care experience You must have the right to work within the UK The ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the people we support (e.g shift work and bank holidays Experience of organising your own work, able to plan and manage own time effectively.
