Overview
At Huntress we are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist, for our financial services client based in Central London. This is an ongoing temporary placement to start ASAP, with the opportunity to go permanent. Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch. Daily duties include: Meeting and greeting clients Answering telephones, operating a switchboard Booking and arranging meeting rooms Offering and arranging refreshments Checking in Clients (in-house system) Responding to emails Arranging couriers Distribution of post Our client is looking for an immaculately presented candidate with excellent communication skills, who is naturally personable.
