Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim group accountant to join a listed technology business in Central London. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS Assistance with collation and coordination of 'reds & blues’ (details key financials and analysis) document for internal stakeholders (IR and other senior management & execs) Collation and coordination of delivery of analytical reviews with business, GSS and EY Support the year-end and interim external financial reporting processes including data collection, analytical review, audit closure and comprehensive numerical and narrative disclosure Preparation of head office statutory accounts Provide assistance in other ad hoc Group Finance related projects Provide assistance to the FP&A team with monthly reporting queries and regular forecasting activities Candidate Profile: ACA/CA qualified from a practice background Solid IFRS experience Immediately available (up to a weeks notice considered)
