Our corporate home is in Skipton, North Yorkshire with American offices in New Jersey, and four Indian subsidiary offices in Ahmedabad, Baroda, Mumbai, and Noida. We operate in five key business areas - accounts outsourcing, F&A outsourcing, back-office recruitment services, corporate advisory, and software services - but a client can benefit from the services of a number of divisions. Each division provides services across different geographic areas to clients that include accountants, businesses, healthcare providers, local government bodies and recruitment agencies. Job Requirement: Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel from QXAS Portfolio of clients Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their services. Alerting the Business Development team to opportunities for further sales within key clients. Letting customers know about other services the company offers (Farming Opportunity). Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts. Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the BU Team Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. Analyse business trends and deliver insights to QX India Team Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively What we are looking for Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. Previous business experience and an organised approach to work. Hardworking with a strong work ethic. Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships. Have an understanding and passion for the Accounting industry. Other languages a benefit but not essential Full understanding of both Microsoft office.
