Overview
NVOCC Export Ocean Freight inside sales - Internal Sales professional is required by a major Freight forwarding organisation, to take inbound calls from clients and provide them with quotes for Ocean / Sea freight. The only experience you must possess is Ocean Freight experience and a client focused background. No cold calls its all reacting to internal requests ROLE: Inside/Internal Sales - Ocean freight LOCATION: Leigh BASIC SALARY: £23k to £25k plus monthly incentive bonus Role: Building up and maintaining relationships with new/current customer base · The database is pretty well set and will be no cold calling, so reactive client calls, clients call in and you provide them with quotes Quoting Ocean/Sea Export Sourcing competitive haulage prices Supporting Booking desk Chasing up fall off customers Chasing up customer quotes Incentive scheme subject to targets being met. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must be from a NVOCC background, Ideally we would be looking for someone with the above experience within the Export ocean freight sector. ROLE: Would prefer candidates with some customer service or inside sales, quoting experience, but not essential.
